A little list of things that I need to stop doing.
♥ Giving up too early.
♥ Making plans around unreliable people.
♥ Skipping my skincare routine.
♥ Hiding behind fear.
♥ Thinking that I'm not ready / strong enough.
♥ Putting things off until 'tomorrow'.
♥ Thinking that I deserve negative and horrible things / emotions.
♥ Scrolling endlessly through social media.
♥ Asking unreliable people to manage my appointments.
♥ Avoiding my anxiety.
♥ Having a lie in during the week.
♥ Thinking my day is over when my Mum comes home from work.

This is a really good post. I totally relate with numbers 6-8. (The social media one, I've always known wasn't a good habit, but it's just too hard to avoid!)
