Things I Need To Stop Doing

A little list of things that I need to stop doing.

 Giving up too early.
 Making plans around unreliable people.
Skipping my skincare routine.
Hiding behind fear.
Thinking that I'm not ready / strong enough.
Putting things off until 'tomorrow'.
Thinking that I deserve negative and horrible things / emotions.
Scrolling endlessly through social media.
Asking unreliable people to manage my appointments.
♥ Avoiding my anxiety.
♥ Having a lie in during the week.
♥ Thinking my day is over when my Mum comes home from work.

  1. This is a good reflecting post - I definitely need to stop doing a lot of these things; especially putting things off, thinking I'm not ready and avoiding my skin routine!! And putting myself down and hiding behind fear tbh!!

    I think it's good that you can reflect on these things - but don't beat yourself up about doing them (I think we all need to stop most of these!)

  2. This is a really good post. I totally relate with numbers 6-8. (The social media one, I've always known wasn't a good habit, but it's just too hard to avoid!)

  4. I definitely need to stop skipping my skincare. I'm just so tired when I get into bed/up in the morning that I really can't be bothered! Haha. Great reflective post. It's not until you step away that you can see the negative things you need stop doing! x x
