A little list of things that I need to stop doing.
♥ Giving up too early.
♥ Making plans around unreliable people.
♥ Skipping my skincare routine.
♥ Hiding behind fear.
♥ Thinking that I'm not ready / strong enough.
♥ Putting things off until 'tomorrow'.
♥ Thinking that I deserve negative and horrible things / emotions.
♥ Scrolling endlessly through social media.
♥ Asking unreliable people to manage my appointments.
♥ Avoiding my anxiety.
♥ Having a lie in during the week.
♥ Thinking my day is over when my Mum comes home from work.

This is a good reflecting post - I definitely need to stop doing a lot of these things; especially putting things off, thinking I'm not ready and avoiding my skin routine!! And putting myself down and hiding behind fear tbh!!
ReplyDeleteI think it's good that you can reflect on these things - but don't beat yourself up about doing them (I think we all need to stop most of these!)

This is a really good post. I totally relate with numbers 6-8. (The social media one, I've always known wasn't a good habit, but it's just too hard to avoid!)
