Flat Chested & Fabulous

So today, I'm going to talk about boobs. Or should I say lack-of boobs. Yep, you read that right: todays post is all about us flat chested ladies.

A Court of Thorns and Roses is a book that's been in my peripheral book vision for quite a long time. I've always stumbled across it on Goodreads or when watching some BookTube, so when I saw it in Tesco (?!) I grabbed it without giving it a thought. I'm not going to lie and say I devoured it in one sitting - it actually took me about a week to read, which is unusual for me. But I'll get to that in a minute.

Lush Yuzu & Cocoa Bubbleroon

Something very exciting happened a few weeks ago... I went into Lush and bought two products I'd never tried before! I am the sort of person who, once they find what they like, will never branch out or try anything new. I have a few products from Lush that I repurchase as soon as it's run out, and I rarely stray from my favourites. But when I went in to buy my Dad & Step-Dad a bath bomb each for Fathers Day, I decided to try something new. One of them being the Yuzu & Cocoa Bubbleroon.

My Nose Piercing Experience | The First Week

Well, this is a post I never thought I'd be writing. That's mostly because I never thought I would actually ever be sitting here with a piece of metal stuck in my nose, but there you go. Yes - if you follow me on any social media (literally any, I didn't shut up about it) you will know that on the 10th of June I got my nose pierced! *cue confetti and streamers* I thought it might be helpful/interesting to document and share what happened within the first week of having it done - both the good, the bad and the downright disgusting. I will just point out now: some details of this post are gonna be pretty gross, and I'm going to be talking about blood and needles and snot. So if you're a little sensitive (I know I am, and I lived through it blehhh) then feel free to click off of this post. Also just a little note: I'm typing this up pretty much exactly as I wrote it in my phone, so I'm going to be talking in present tense even though it happened ages ago.. I hope that's not too confusing.

3 Booktubers To Watch Today

I love reading and writing blog posts about books, but sometimes there's nothing better than watching someone talk about books that has that certain book-lover look in their eyes. I am actually really fussy about the BookTubers (Book-YouTubers) that I watch, although that may just be fussiness over YouTube in general, so today I thought I'd share my 3 current favourite BookTubers!

June Favourites

June was a month of loves for me. I think this is because I opened myself up to consider new and exciting things, where-as normally I would stick to my old favourites. I discovered two new TV shows, a bunch of new vegan beauty bits and even started reading two new books. I haven't finished the new books yet which is why they're not featured in this post!

Book Rainbow | #LoveWins 2015

Unless you were hiding under a rock on June 26th, you'll have heard the wonderful news that same-sex marriage has been legalised in all 50 states in America! I'm not gay personally, but I wholeheartedly love and support the LGBT community in everything they do and stand for, and was so pleased to hear this news. As a little celebration and show of support, being the book nerd that I am, I decided to throw together a little book rainbow, took a pic and shared it on social media. In case any of you guys don't follow me on social media, I thought I'd write up a little blog post to show you!
