4 Cruelty-Free Blogs You Need To Read

I realised that I haven't been sharing much love for my fellow bloggers on What Lauren Did Today recently - not since I wrote up my 'Blog Roll' master list. So today I thought I'd sprinkle some dazzling cruelty-free highlight onto a few of my current favourite cruelty-free bloggers! If you're just beginning to delve into the cruelty-free lifestyle then these four blogs are the perfect starting point. Not only do they share cruelty-free beauty posts (including collections and reviews), they all talk a little bit (or a lot) about vegan food!

Steph's blog strikes the perfect balance between cruelty-free beauty content and general lifestyle bits. Her most recent posts include a review of some matcha green tea, a stunning photo diary of her trip to Cosmonauts in London and a review of these gorgeous matte lipsticks from Give Me Glow. I love her writing style and the quality of her photos - especially when it comes to her make-up reviews, as she shares photos of swatches and what the product looks like when worn properly.

Brianne's blog has quickly become a HUGE favourite of mine and I religiously read every post she puts up. She focuses more on beauty and vegan food and has also recently begun to share vegan product lists from different companies which are such a helpful resource when shopping! My recent favourites from Brianne include her GOSH Cosmetics Vegan List, her review of the Sleek Contour Kit, and her comparison post on the many Beauty Blending Sponges. I also love that in every beauty post she makes it really clear if the product is suitable for vegans.

Yasmina's blog was one of the first I came across when transitioning into a cruelty-free lifestyle & I'm still read it religiously. Again, Yasmina's blog offers a great variety of general lifestyle, cruelty-free beauty and vegan recipes. She also reviews a l o t of Lush so if you're also Lush obsessed then you'll love her posts. Posts to check out: Skincare: A Quick Weekend Away, Bedroom Snippets #3  & What I Got My Boyfriend For His Birthday.

I feel like if you're vegan or are considering veganism, then you m u s t read Sarah's blog. She shares her thoughts on vegan restaurant options, cruelty-free makeup and various vegan snacks and meals. She also talks a lot about mental health! She recently reviewed Toby Carvery's vegetarian and vegan options which was such an informative, helpful post and she's also currently running a weekly series sharing her experience at CBT therapy.

So there you go - four cruelty-free blogs that you simply NEED to read. (Seriously, you'll regret it if you don't.) (Is it just me or did that sound vaguely threatening?) (I'm not threatening you, promise...) I'd also recommend following them all on social media because they are such LOVELY people with fabulous Instagram feeds, plus they're all so helpful if you need some cruelty-free (or life) advice on Twitter!
